Paint Party! -read update!
We will be holding a brochure folding & flyer distribution this weekend due to construction delays. Join us at 2372 St Claude: Fri. 4-8p, Sat. 9a-2p, Sun. 9a-2p for FREE FOOD & a big volunteer party. We have thousands of brochures to get out into the community to promote upcoming co-op events and our membership & equity drive. The paint party will resume next weekend (4/1-4/3). Come to both.
It’s time to paint the store interior and your are invited to take part in the fun! Our community paint party will be a fun way to meet other members and help your co-op save money on our construction costs. Your site committee has some great colors picked out and it is time to have fun! We need you and your friends too! Please join us for a few hours, a whole day, or if you are able, the whole weekend!

This co-op is happening & seeing is believing! Please come check out the progress & bring a date/friend. The event will be held on Wednesday, March 23rd from 5-6p. If you bring a date or friend to the event, we’ll enter you into a drawing to win a fun prize!
After the tour of our space, you can choose to join in a tour of the rest of the Healing Center as well!

Start: “Grow Your Own Co-op” series offers information & tools on how to create jobs by starting a cooperative business. (Come to the first session at 6p, and get information on subsequent workshops)

The New Orleans Food Co-op is a community-owned co-op. Help us reach the community! Not everyone is on facebook with tons of computer access, so we’re hitting the streets in St. Roch, Bywater, & Marigny!
We’ll meet up at Lagniappe Lifestyle Services Cooperative for coffee and fresh baked goods at 11a and break into teams to work a concentric circle from NOFC’s grocery store site.

Information to be distributed will include:
